I have some anxiety and sleeping problems. I noticed I usually hold my breath and I wasn’t able to relax or be in a state of calmness. I reached out to Adriana for some one on one yoga. Adriana tailored our yoga classes to assist in specific breathing exercises along with yoga positions. I found within the first class that it didn’t occur in the beginning but by the end of the one hour class I was very calm and serene. My breaths were effortless and long and I was in tranquil state which I hardly could ever be in during the day. It set a good rhythm before bed. Adriana was very dedicated considering we did it through zoom with a three hours difference in which she was in the later timezone and being at night to work with my sleep pattern. I definitely recommend Adriana to anyone exploring yoga to assist with their mental health!!
