Yoga for health

Yoga for health is a practice I offer for people struggling with stress, enduring a difficult time. It consists in practice yoga forms and breathing techniques, I help you to recognize your feelings and to increase your body awareness. The practice is a blend between yin yoga, neuroscience and mindfullness. It doesn't require specific body shapes or technical skills.
