Yoga for health is a practice offered for people struggling with stress, the effects of trauma or eduring a difficult time. It consists in practice yoga forms and breathing techniques with foundations in trauma theory, neuroscience, attachment theory, yoga.
It is an empirically validated intervention for people of all ages affected by traumatic stress, complex trauma or chronic, disorder. This approach helps to connect with your body and with your feelings. It doesn't require specific body shapes or technical skills.
